The rare earth milling machine is different from the previous Raymond milling machine. It is a new type of milling equipment developed by our company based on some characteristics of rare earths. Its main feature is that the angle of the snail shell of the main engine has been changed from a right angle to a circular arc shape. The improved air duct snail shell has less air loss and increased material fluidity in the air duct; The improved rare earth milling machine's grinding roller device adopts an increased linkage of the grinding roller total bearing, which can greatly improve the utilization rate of vulnerable parts such as grinding rollers and grinding rings.
Rare earth raw materials are transported to the material bin by a hoist or belt conveyor, and then uniformly fed into the grinding mill by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The grinding roller device in the main machine is driven to rotate by a reducer, and the shovel located at the lower part of the grinding roller bearing is used to shovel the material between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The grinding roller itself rotates due to friction, crushing the material. In the grinding chamber, there is a certain amount of water content in the material being ground, which generates heat during grinding and causes the indoor gas to evaporate, changing the air flow rate. In addition, some pipes are not tightly sealed, and external gas is sucked in, increasing the circulating air flow rate. To achieve airflow balance, the fan and the residual air duct of the main unit are adjusted, and excess gas is introduced into the small cyclone collector to collect the fine powder brought in by the residual gas. Finally, the residual gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the upper exhaust pipe of the small cyclone collector or guided into the vacuum cleaner to purify the exhaust gas.
