Working principle of regenerative forging heating furnace:

1. The regenerative heating furnace sends the combustion air and natural gas through their respective gas pipelines to their respective regenerative burners after passing through the reversing system. They flow through their respective heat storage bodies and can use the waste heat of the flue gas to preheat the combustion air, which is then sprayed into the furnace through their respective nozzles;

2. After combustion in a regenerative natural gas heating furnace, high-temperature flames are generated to heat the workpieces inside the furnace; The flue gas waste heat recovery system of the regenerative forging furnace fully absorbs waste heat: the high-temperature flue gas undergoes heat exchange in the regenerative chamber, transferring most of the waste heat to the regenerative body, and then enters the reversing mechanism at around 100 ℃, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust system, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly;

3. The PLC control system issues instructions to reverse the flow of gas in the regenerative heating furnace; Turning back, air and natural gas are sprayed out from the right nozzle and mixed for combustion. The left nozzle is the flue, and under the action of the exhaust fan, the high-temperature flue gas is discharged through the heat storage body, with one switching cycle.

Yiran Regenerative Heating Furnace Structure:

1. The body of the regenerative heating furnace is composed of welded steel plates and section steels, including the bottom steel structure, the steel structures on both sides of the furnace, the loading and unloading end steel structure, and the top steel structure. The masonry of the heating furnace is poured as a whole with castable, and the top of the furnace adopts a flat top hanging structure. The anchor bricks are hung on the steel structure of the furnace top with anchor hooks. The furnace area is equipped with platforms, and ladders and railings are placed between the platforms.

2. The mechanical equipment of a regenerative heating furnace mainly includes: loading furnace door, loading roller conveyor inside the furnace, pusher, stepper machinery, discharge roller conveyor inside the furnace, and discharge furnace door;

3. Regenerative combustion system: The system provides heat through an air regenerative burner and a natural gas regenerative burner, preheating the combustion air and natural gas separately before spraying them into the furnace. The regenerative combustion system consists of an air natural gas regenerative chamber, a reversing system, and a control unit. It adopts a side dispersed reversing system to reverse the direction of the air and natural gas regenerative burners. 4. PLC intelligent control system: PLC intelligent control reversing system, when the reversing system is in automatic operation state, the reversing valve changes direction at certain time intervals; When the exhaust temperature is too high, the system will force the reversing valve to change direction until the exhaust temperature drops within the set temperature range. When the system is in manual mode, manual reversing can be performed on the touch screen; Overtemperature alarm; Abnormal action alarm;

5. Furnace control system: The automatic control system used in the regenerative heating furnace includes the control settings of each equipment and the sequential interlocking control of all equipment, which can automatically control: (1) the automatic control of each section of the furnace area, adjust the air-fuel ratio reasonably, and measure and detect the air and natural gas flow in each section; (2) Alarm for various dangerous situations; (3) Automated control of vaporization cooling system; (4) Real system flowchart of microcomputer monitoring software; (5) Microcomputer monitoring software displays system flowcharts and trend charts for control.
