1 . High rigidity mirror structure
The newly designed integrated Y-shaped rack is made of all metal high-pressure mold casting, with excellent stability. When observed at high magnification, the image surface has no shaking, ensuring the detection accuracy of multi-channel fluorescence diagnosis.

2 . Mobile Work Platform
A 175 × 145mm right-handed double-layer composite mechanical platform with a damping double slice clamp design, capable of simultaneously placing two slices for inspection and comparative analysis. Or equipped with a 187 × 166mm large double-layer composite mechanical platform, bidirectional track transmission, left and right hand positions optional; There are also 150mm × 162mm ceramic spray painting platforms available for selection, which are not only wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, but also can reduce platform deformation caused by temperature changes.

3 . Multi band fluorescent LED emitter illumination device
The LED falling fluorescence device can select a specific wavelength of LED light source according to actual needs, and can simultaneously achieve four types of observation: B, G, UV, and bright field. The filter block and LED light source are linked and switched, making observation more accurate, stable, and effective. The unique light source system of LED does not require preheating or cooling during use, meeting the requirements of repeated on-off use in a short period of time. The longer working life is 250 times that of mercury lamps, up to 100000 hours, significantly reducing experimental costs. The LED light intensity is continuously adjustable, and users can adjust it to the desired brightness of the sample. The light is soft and uniform, effectively avoiding fluorescence quenching caused by excessive brightness, and better protecting the eyes from harm.

4 . Disc filter block switching mechanism
The newly designed high-precision disc filter block switching mechanism ensures consistent filter block positions, making replacement convenient and flexible. It can accommodate up to six fluorescent filter blocks simultaneously. Select a high-performance fluorescence filter system without drift to ensure accurate and error free results in FISH experiments. The spectral transmittance is high, the filter has no color passing phenomenon, has a high signal-to-noise ratio, and the fluorescence imaging contrast is greatly improved. The filter block adopts background noise elimination technology, presenting a high contrast between the image and the background during observation, achieving a good observation effect.

5 . PLAN-FLUOR series infinite flat field semi complex fluorescence cancelling objective lens
A large amount of crystal optical materials are used to effectively correct various chromatic aberrations, and a large numerical aperture design is employed to provide high-definition and high contrast microscopic images across the entire field of view. When observing fluorescence, the image is bright and clear, with a pure black background and outstanding performance in ultraviolet fluorescence. It is a good choice for professional fluorescence observation of various types of cells and pathological sections.
