1. Cleaning

To prevent impurities from accumulating inside the submersible aerator at different times, clean water can be pumped from the submersible aerator to clean it. If the submersible aerator is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a dry place and pay attention to antifreeze.

2. Oil injection and oil change

The oil chamber of the submersible aerator has been injected with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil before leaving the factory. This oil should be replaced annually. The oil change should be carried out according to the following method: place the submersible aerator with the oil chamber plug facing downwards, loosen the plug, release the lubricating oil, then clean the oil chamber with washing oil, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and replace it with a new oneO-ring, tighten the screw plug. If water is found in the oil, flush the oil chamber according to regulations, refill it with oil, and tighten the screw plug with O-ring. Three weeks later, it must be rechecked. If the oil turns into an emulsion again, the mechanical seals should be inspected. If necessary, it should be replaced (please contact our maintenance department).
