Our company has developed a new type of boiler pulse bag dust collector based on the characteristics of rock wool furnace flue gas. This dust collector has a significantly improved structure compared to ordinary pulse dust collectors and is more suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments of kiln flue gas. In 2012, this dust collector was rated as an environmentally friendly standard product for rock wool furnace flue gas treatment in Hebei Province, receiving unanimous praise from users and environmental protection departments.
The rock wool furnace high-temperature flue gas pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, box body, filter bag, automatic ash cleaning and blowing device, and other parts.
During operation, high-temperature flue gas enters the heat dissipation cooler through the air inlet and is cooled before entering the dust collector. It first encounters the inclined partition in the middle of the air inlet, and the airflow turns downwards and flows into the ash hopper. Due to the gravity settling effect, coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, playing a role in pre dust collection. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and slight dust enters the box with the airflow turning upwards. The dust is filtered and retained by the dust removal bag, and accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas enters the upper clean air chamber of the box through the filter bag to the air outlet, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the induced draft fan. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag continues to increase. When the set time or set pressure difference is reached, the pulse controller sequentially triggers the opening of the pulse solenoid valve at intervals, causing the compressed air in the compressed air bag to pulse blow and clean the dust of each row of filter bags through the blowing pipe, causing the filter bags to rapidly expand and shake off the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag in an instant. The dust peeled off from the filter bag settles in the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
Technical characteristics of high-temperature bag filter for rock wool furnace:
1. The air inlet and outlet are integrated and separated by inclined partitions, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and pre collecting dust and blocking sparks for dusty gases. This avoids direct erosion of the bag by dust, reduces the dust concentration of the dusty gas, and extends the life of the filter bag and pulse valve.
2. The filter bag is made of cloth bag and the working temperature is less than 200 ℃.
3. The sealing materials for dust collectors are all made of materials.
4. The ash cleaning spray pipe adopts an elongated type to keep the pulse solenoid valve away from high-temperature flue gas and avoid damage to the valve disc of the pulse solenoid valve due to high temperature.
5. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm.
6. The filter bag skeleton adopts a circular shape, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the skeleton, prolongs the service life of the filter bag, and facilitates the unloading of the bag.
7. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, when changing the bag, open the top cover door and extract the skeleton to change the bag. This is the operating condition for changing the bag.
8. The dust cleaning control adopts timed, pressure controlled, and manual control. Every cleaning cycle, each row of filter bags is cleaned one by one.
9. The dust collector is wrapped with rock wool insulation layer to prevent condensation inside the dust collector.
10. Install a bypass valve at the air inlet to prevent damage to the bag from high temperatures.
11. Install high temperature alarm device and filter bag leak detection device.
