3. Combustion system: The natural gas roller bottom furnace combustion system consists of a combustion supporting fan, a gas valve station, a gas pipeline, a burner, and a radiation tube. It burns in sections to form a longer flame, ensuring temperature uniformity along the length of the radiation tube;
4. Smoke exhaust system: The smoke exhaust system consists of induced draft fans, smoke exhaust pipes, etc. It recovers waste heat from smoke exhaust, reduces the temperature of exhaust gas, and saves energy consumption;
5. Control system: The thermal control system and drive control system of the natural gas roller bottom furnace include the automation and control of the heat treatment furnace and its feeding and discharging roller tables. Computer control systems allow for centralized operation and control of heat treatment equipment.
