Purpose and scope of use

The Roots vacuum unit is composed of a Roots pump as the main pump and a rotary vane pump as the front stage pump connected in series. When the vacuum degree of the 2X rotary vane reaches its limit, the pumping rate continuously decreases. The ZJ Roots vacuum pump can maintain a relatively high pumping rate of the unit at the limit vacuum.

The Roots vacuum unit is suitable for suctioning air and other non corrosive gases, and is widely used in various vacuum systems that require high pumping speed and high vacuum, such as vacuum smelting, steel degassing, dynamic vacuum acquisition in large-scale space simulation experiments, vacuum impregnation treatment of power containers and transformers, exhaust on automatic production lines of fluorescent tubes and light bulbs, continuous exhaust of insulation bottle liners, pre pumping in vacuum coating equipment, exhaust during magnesium reduction process, degassing during single crystal silicon extraction process, etc.
