The rotary back blowing bag filter is developed by our company with reference to domestic and foreign materials, extensive investigation and solicitation of user opinions over the years, and the advantages of various bag filters at home and abroad. It is a new type of dust removal device that combines cyclone dust removal mechanism and filter dust removal mechanism, and uses atmospheric or rotary back blowing method for dust removal. In 1992, it was listed as the best practical technology promotion project by the Environmental Protection Bureau of the National Academy of Sciences.

Working principle:

After the dusty airflow enters the dust collector, the large particles of dust are separated by the cyclone body and fall into the ash hopper. The small particles are suspended in the gas and evenly enter the filter chamber through the airflow distribution device, diffusing and floating in the gaps of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged by the main fan. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and as the dust continues to thicken, the negative force of the filter bag also increases. At this time, the fixed resistance pressure difference control system or timed automatic control device of the dust collector comes into play, triggering the electronic control system to open the switching valve and connect the back blowing airflow. Through the nozzle on the rotating arm, the filter bag is blown back and cleaned one by one, reducing the resistance of the filter bag to a certain value and allowing the dust collector to work continuously.
