SHG rotary grille cleaning machine

1、 Product Introduction
The SHG type rotary grid cleaning machine (also known as rotary solid-liquid separator) is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in fluids. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment plants, municipal rainwater/sewage pump stations, water supply industries, and power plant inlets. At the same time, it can also be used as a front-end screening equipment in wastewater treatment processes in industries such as textile, food processing, papermaking, leather, etc. It is currently one of the most advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China, filling the domestic gap.

2、 Working principle:
The SHG type rotary grid cleaning machine is assembled into a set of rotary grid chains in a certain order by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow.
When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.
According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.

The biggest advantages of this device are high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, and good corrosion resistance Under human supervision, continuous and stable operation can be ensured. An overload safety protection device is installed to automatically shut down the equipment in case of failure, which can prevent the equipment from working under overload.
This device can adjust the operating interval of the device according to user needs, achieving periodic operation; It can be automatically controlled based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille; And it has manual control function for easy maintenance. Users can choose freely according to different job needs.
Due to the reasonable structural design of the device, it has strong self-cleaning ability during operation and will not cause blockage, so the daily maintenance workload is minimal.

4、 Technical parameters and selection
1. Equipment and rake tooth specifications
The equipment specifications are divided into SHG300-3600 types according to the machine width size. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made into a parallel unit. The clearance of the rake teeth is divided into various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The selection is based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Different materials are also selected.
2. Equipment length specifications
The equipment standard groove depth can be customized by users, and the customized length can be determined according to user needs and actual usage situations. If special specifications are required, they will be designed separately.
