The process flow is as follows:
1. Place the product into the positioning fixture.
2. After the sensor detects the product, it automatically starts.
3. The product is sent to the inspection scanning station for scanning before being sent to the inspection station.
4. The roughness detection probe moves down to the product detection surface and detects the roughness of the first surface of the detection tube.
5. After the detection is completed, the probe is moved up and the product is moved to the detection position of tube 2.
6. Detect the roughness of both sides of the downward detection tube.
7. After the detection is completed, move the detection up, rotate the product 180 degrees, and place tube 3 in the detection position.
8. Move the probe downwards to detect the roughness of three sides of the tube.
9. After the detection is completed, the probe returns to the starting position and the product is sent out.
10. The test results are displayed on the monitor and stored.
11. If the detection data exceeds the standard, an alarm will be raised for workers to handle.
This loop achieves the detection work.
Before starting work, it is necessary to develop a testing program based on the actual situation.
