In these usage environments, especially for machinery such as washing machines that come into contact with water, as well as manufacturing equipment that involves wet processes using drugs in semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing, rust prevention measures are a major issue.
For the anti rust treatment suitable for the linear guides used in these mechanical devices, a method of electrolytic anti rust black protective film treatment followed by fluorine resin coating treatment (referred to as fluorine low-temperature chrome plating) was used for surface treatment, which achieved good results and achievements.
