S-type single-stage double suction horizontal open centrifugal pump. The suction and discharge ports of this type of pump are both located below the pump axis. During maintenance, all parts can be removed for repair by simply removing the pump cover. The S-type pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearing components, etc. Its performance meets the standard JB/1050-93 "Type and Basic Parameters of Single suction Double suction Centrifugal Pump for Clean Water".
Mainly used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water that do not contain solid particles. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, as well as farmland irrigation and drainage. |
1. Sealing system: The available mechanical seals and packing seals use internal circulation for cooling and lubrication;
2. High flow rate and efficiency: Double suction impeller with characteristics of high flow rate and efficiency;
3. Replaceable shaft sleeve: As a vulnerable component, the shaft sleeve protects the shaft and improves the service life of the pump;
4. Sealing ring: As a vulnerable component, the sealing ring plays a role in improving the efficiency and extending the service life of the pump. |
