product overview The S single-stage double suction centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the centrifugal pump) is a new type of energy-saving horizontal open pump, which is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. According to user needs, by changing the pump structure and material, it can be used to transport multi mud sand water or various corrosive liquids. This series of pumps is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage, and various water conservancy projects.The suction and discharge ports of this centrifugal pump are both located below the axis of the water pump, perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance. From the transmission direction, the water pump rotates clockwise (or counterclockwise according to user needs).The main components of the pump include: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, etc.The pipeline pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller. On the inlet and outlet flanges, there are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges. The lower part of the inlet and outlet flange is equipped with screw holes for water discharge pipes.The impeller that has undergone static balance verification is fixed on the shaft with a shaft sleeve and two side shaft sleeve nuts, and its axial position can be adjusted through the shaft sleeve nuts.The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. The bearings are installed inside the bearing body and at both ends of the pump body, lubricated with butter.The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce water leakage from the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling, and can also be driven by an internal combustion engine if necessary.The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used according to user needs).
