Preprocessing process

After pressure adjustment, the monitored gas is filtered through dust to remove particulate impurities, and then cooled by a cooling device to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature gas. Part of the high-temperature gases in the environment contain moisture, which is separated by condensation. The water filtration device includes a drainage valve for a set time and timed drainage to avoid corrosion of metal devices such as sensors by moisture. This separator adopts an oil-water separator, mainly used to separate moisture and oil in gas, reduce the influence of gas humidity on collection and analysis, and regularly remove moisture through a system controlled solenoid valve.

Gas analysis unit

The filtered clean gas is transported to the sensor area through the suction pump, and the detector monitors the gas concentration in real time, displaying the real-time concentration value on the dot matrix LCD screen. After signal transmission to the external touch LCD display screen. The touch LCD screen also displays the real-time temperature and humidity of the air in the location where the device is located, allowing personnel to observe the environment in real time.
