SAM004 Electrostatic Tester

The electrostatic field tester is a non-contact handheld electrostatic field tester. The measurable range is+/-20KV (working distance of 1 inch, 25mm), equipped with 2 LED lights to ensure a distance of 25mm from the measured object during measurement. The shell is made of anti-static material and has a grounding buckle to ensure reliable measurement results.

The tester is also equipped with an ion balance measuring plate for periodic calibration of ion balance within the range of ± 200V.

It is mainly used to measure the electrostatic properties of textile raw materials and finished products (including fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, decorative fabrics) under laboratory conditions, and can also be used to measure the electrostatic properties of other sheet and plate materials such as paper, rubber, plastic, composite panels, etc. The instrument host consists of a corona discharge device, a probe, and a detection system. Using a given high-voltage electric field, discharge the test sample at regular intervals to induce static electricity in the sample, thereby detecting the magnitude of static electricity, the half-life of static voltage, and the residual amount of static electricity to determine the static performance of the test sample.
