The SC-K810 series switchgear intelligent control device is suitable for 3-35KV indoor switchgear such as central cabinets, handcart cabinets, fixed cabinets, and contact cabinets. It has functions such as dynamic simulation display, voice error prevention prompt, cabinet heating control, LED digital display, programmable, high-voltage live display and locking, lighting switch, remote/local operation, opening/closing operation, lighting operation, opening/closing indication, energy storage indication and RS485 communication interface. The ultra-thin body saves instrument space and effectively improves the quality of the switchgear.

Users can choose RS485 (MODBUS protocol) communication function as needed, which enables remote signaling, telemetry, and control of the site through RS485 communication.

Simulation instructions:

Circuit breaker status indication (passive contact input): When closing, the closing contact closes and the red analog bar lights up; When opening, the opening contact is closed and the green analog strip lights up.

Hand cart position indication (passive contact input): When the working position contact is closed, the red vertical analog bar lights up; Close the elbow at the experimental position, and the green horizontal simulation bar will light up.

Spring energy storage indicator (passive contact input): When the contact is closed, the red LED lights up, indicating energy storage; When the contact is disconnected, the green LED light is on, indicating that no energy has been stored.

Grounding switch position indication (passive contact input): When the contact is closed, the red analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is engaged; When the contact is disconnected, the green analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding is disconnected.

Note: In the event of a power loss, all illuminated indicators do not light up, and the above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.

High voltage live indication part

LED startup voltage (KV): Bus voltage x 0.15-0.65

Locking start control voltage (KV): Bus voltage x 0.65

When all three phases are not charged, the lock is released and the electric interlock operation is started.

Temperature and humidity control section

Sensor channels: Two condensation channels, two temperature channels can display the current temperature and humidity values inside the cabinet through the interactive interface in the upper left corner. At the same time, users can also set the upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity to achieve intelligent control of the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet.

The humidity control range can be manually set: when the ambient humidity is greater than or equal to the upper humidity limit, the heater and fan will be started for dehumidification; The device automatically stops the heater and fan until the environmental humidity is below the humidity threshold; Humidity control accuracy

The temperature control range can be manually set:

When the ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the upper temperature limit, start the fan to cool down; The device will automatically stop when the ambient temperature is below the upper temperature limit;

When the ambient temperature is ≤ the lower temperature limit, start the heater to raise the temperature; When the ambient temperature exceeds the lower temperature limit, the device automatically stops the heater; Temperature control accuracy ± 2 ℃.

When the heater is disconnected, the corresponding alarm indicator light will light up and the alarm output contact will close.

Forced heating: Press and hold the "SET" button for more than 2 seconds to start manual heating. Heating output is seamless and continuous. Press and hold the "SET" button again to stop manual heating.

Voice anti error function

When the circuit breaker is in the closed state and the handcart is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt "Please disconnect the circuit breaker" appears

The grounding switch is explained clearly, but when the vehicle is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the voice prompt reads "Please disconnect the grounding switch"

When the circuit breaker is closed and the grounding switch is closed, the handcart was mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position. The voice prompt reads "Please disconnect the circuit breaker" and "Please disconnect the grounding switch".
