Introduction to single machine parameters:

1. Labeling speed: The speed of peeling the label needs to be synchronized with the speed of the conveyor line to ensure that the label does not wrinkle (the labeling length has been set);

2. Peel length: the distance between the detachment point of the label and the peeling port when the label is manually marked and the label is stopped;

3. Face sheet length: The general size for face sheet length is 100mm/130mm/150mm/180mm. When changing the face sheet size, it is necessary to calibrate the face sheet;

4. Box model: For each cardboard box, we can set the corresponding parameters in advance. When operating the machine, we only need to select the corresponding box type to automatically retrieve the corresponding parameters. Changing the cardboard box model does not require resetting the parameters, which is convenient and fast;

5. Labeling position: Check the photoelectric switch of the cardboard box, start timing after detecting the cardboard box, and when the time is up, issue the label. Adjust the position of the label on the cardboard box by adjusting the time;

6. Folding label delay: As an optional feature, for cardboard boxes with a size smaller than the size of the waybill, a 90 degree folding angle is achieved by using a cylinder to drive the brush to complete the folding label. The folding label action is adjusted by time;

7. Folding label return: the time when the folding label cylinder returns;

8. Push down delay: as an optional feature, designed forSealing machineThe cardboard box that comes out needs to be designed with a box shape on the side, and a cylinder is used to push the cardboard box down 90 degrees. The pushing action is adjusted by time;

9. Push down return: The time for pushing down the cylinder to return.

(1) Stacked labels (without cutting the bottom paper), single row, label spacing 2-3mm,

(2) Label and release paper margin: 2-3mm

(3) Label backing paper material: Grassin backing paper

(4) Label die-cutting accuracy: ± 0.2 mm, cannot cut the bottom paper (to prevent label breakage)

(5) Tag stacking thickness: 100mm
