Main applications

Various SD cards, TF cards, chips and other products have automated screen printing and fully automatic high-speed transfer printing on their surfaces

Ink type

Dry naturally or bake at 150 ° C for 30 minutes.

Dilution

Adjust printing viscosity: A. Screen printing: 3 # solvent (standard), 4 # solvent (slow drying), 5 # solvent (extra slow drying); B. Transfer printing: 2 # solvent (fast drying for transfer printing), 4 # solvent (slow drying). Usually, adding 15-25% dilution solvent to the ink to adjust the viscosity suitable for printing can achieve perfect printing.

This ink has passed third-party HF (halogen) and RoHS testing

clean

Please use 707 mesh washing water or PVC mesh washing water to clean the screen.

Screen type

Please use oil resistant screen printing, and it is recommended to use 270-350 mesh screen printing.
