Description:

SEPOR's desktop or floor standing can grinder drivers are used for turning laboratory sized can grinders, for wet or dry grinding, mixing, dispersing, and other adjustments. The SEPOR series drive rollers are designed to be sturdy and durable, using 2-inch diameter chloroprene rubber rollers (60 Dura) and a bottle cap stop device to prevent excessive bottle movement. When the length of the can drive reaches 48 inches, the diameter of the drum will increase to 2.5 inches. Convert AC input to DC for speed control within the range of 20 to 320 RPM. The distance between the rollers is also variable. Wide mouthed bottles of various specifications can be used. All units can operate at 50 or 60 Hz, 110 V/1 Ph/60 Hz, or 220 V/1 Ph/50 Hz.

Optional accessories include: rotary counter, automatic timer, wide mouth bottle locator, and special application motor.

In order to determine the required size of the rolling mill drive, factors such as the diameter and weight of the wide mouth bottle grinder should be considered. The maximum diameter wide mouth bottle that can be used with this series of roll drives is a 10 inch wide mouth bottle, with the length of the wide mouth bottle and the number of grinding tanks used simultaneously. If four 5-inch diameter by 8-inch long wide mouthed bottles need to be ground at once, then a roll length of 40 inches is required, which is 4 x 8 inches+2 inches (spacing between wide mouthed bottles). Two layers of 24 inch long roll drives (4-24 inch long rolls) or a single layer of 48 inch long roll drives will provide the required space.
