Product Features
1. Combining three motion modes: circular, elliptical, and linear, the screening effect is good;
2. The screening ship is driven by a belt drive, which is balanced and has low noise. The tail support of the screening ship is an improved elastic support with low vibration and noise;
3. Reinforced machine base ensures more balanced operation of equipment, and can also adopt hanging structure according to actual site conditions to meet customer renovation needs;
4. Improve the suspension structure of steel wire rope to avoid steel wire wear;
5. Adopting an integrated or combined screen cover and frame structure, the screen cover is lightweight, rigid, and has good sealing performance. Changing screens is more convenient and faster;
6. Used for screening and grading powdered or pellet feed, as well as for initial cleaning of feed mill raw materials, and grading of intermediate products after secondary crushing in large and medium-sized feed mills.

Features
1. Three moving modes i.e. circumferential, elliptical and rectilinear are combined, resulting in good sifting effect;
2. Belt is adopted for driving the screener hull. The bias weights are balanced and low noise. The support at the tail of screener hull is an improved elastic support with less vibration;
3. The strengthened base ensures that equipment run more smoothly. And the hanging structure can be used according to the actual site conditions so as to meet client’s requirements of retrofit;
4. The improved steel cable structure avoids the wearing of steel cab≤
5. The adoption of one body or combined screener cover structure guarantees lower screener cover’s weight, stronger rigidity and better sealing;
6. Capable of sifting and classifying of mash or pellet feed. It is also can be used for cleaning of raw materials and classifying of semi finished products after secondary grinding of large and medium feed mills.
