Suitable for large and medium-sized water plants, rainwater/sewage pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, and power plant inlets, to intercept and remove large floating debris and bottom sediments in water, protect pump impellers, and reduce the processing load on subsequent process equipment.
Structure and working principle:
The rack of the equipment is fixed at the upper end of the wellhead and consists of fixed bars to form a water passing grid surface. When sewage flows into the grid surface, debris larger than the grid gap is intercepted; The rake bucket is first driven by the rake turning button, and stops after completing the flipping action. It is then driven by the lifting button, and under the control of the height limiter, it descends along the guide rails on both sides to the bottom of the grid well and stops. The rake motor is automatically turned on again, and after completing the rake closing action, it stops. The rake bucket is pulled by the steel wire rope and inserted into the gap between the grid bars to pick up the intercepted debris. It rises along the grid surface and slag blocking plate. Under the control of the height limiter, when it reaches the discharge port position, the lifting motor stops. The cleaning plate at the upper frame automatically scrapes off the debris with the lifting action of the rake bucket, and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck from the discharge port. The cleaning process is completed in one go.

1. The frame structure is unique and adopts a split type design, meaning that the upper frame and lower grille are not integrated
2. The rake bucket adopts a dedicated large capacity, heavy-duty grab bucket type, which is guided by rollers on both sides and pulled by steel wire ropes to ensure smooth operation
3. There is a discharge scraper on the upper rack, which can effectively scrape the dirt in the scraper bucket to the discharge port and discharge it thoroughly and cleanly
4. The lifting and opening/closing of the rake bucket are two independent driving systems, which run according to the set program under the control of the electrical system
5. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for its operation
