The cleaning of the dust collection electrode is equipped with an independent continuous water flushing system, and the dust and oil on the corona electrode are equipped with intermittent water flushing systems. When the corona electrode is intermittently flushed, it also has a flushing effect on the dust collection electrode For the convenience of maintenance, there are multiple manholes on the upper, middle, and lower sides of the dust collector, and explosion-proof holes are installed on each side of the dust collector The internal components of the dust collector consist of an airflow distribution plate, a corona electrode and its upper and lower hangers, a dust collection electrode tube, and a fixed distance partition.

The SGD series wet electrostatic precipitator is mainly used for gas purification in coal gasification furnaces using coke as raw material, and can also be used for gas purification in water gasification furnaces using coal as raw material, including gas purification in furnaces, coke ovens, vertical furnaces, and two-stage furnaces.
