SHQS Bridge Crane Operation Simulation Simulator - SHQS Bridge Crane Simulator follows the newly issued "Assessment Outline for Crane Safety Management Personnel and Operators" (TSG Q6001-2009) by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. Based on the skill requirements for training and safe operation of automobile crane drivers, a complete computer-aided operation training system is developed using virtual simulation technology.
SHQS Bridge Crane Simulator is a training simulator mainly used to train bridge crane operators, enabling them to master bridge crane driving techniques and other related technologies, as well as relevant theoretical knowledge. Using a bridge crane simulator for training has advantages such as improving training efficiency, saving training costs, ensuring driving safety, and reducing environmental pollution.
The SKQS bridge crane operation simulation simulator uses simulated operation consoles, real operation commands, and other control equipment. The SHQS bridge crane simulation teaching software consists of functional modules such as "practical training", "theoretical documents", "video teaching", and "lifting command signals", which can meet the teaching and assessment needs of vocational colleges, training institutions, as well as the learning and training needs of frontline production operators. It is also suitable for the skill assessment and appraisal needs of intermediate, senior, and technician bridge crane operators and maintenance electricians in labor vocational skill appraisal departments.
Functional features:
(1) Highly realistic, the scene is formed in real-time by the computer, and the vehicles, pedestrians, roads, buildings, etc. seen by the operator on the display screen constantly change in real-time with the driving process. The sound adopts computer speech synthesis technology, which can realistically simulate various mechanical power sounds and surrounding environmental sounds during the movement of the car crane, just like driving a real car, with a sense of immersion;
(2) The visual imaging technology is comprehensive, and the visual effects are achieved through real-time imaging using computer graphics algorithms with high realism;
(3) Different training scenario subjects, including road driving, targeted deployment, obstacle avoidance, lifting heavy objects, etc;
