SIS System TCS-900 Safety Instrumented System, TCS-900 is a high-end domestic SIS system product. It adopts the key safety technologies of Triple Redundancy (TMR) and Hardware Fault Tolerant (HIFT), and obtained T Ü V Rheinland certification in March 2015. It can be widely used in emergency shutdown systems (ESD), combustion management systems (BMS), fire and gas detection systems (FGS), large-scale compressor control systems (CCS) and other occasions. Up to now, it has achieved more than 2000 sets of system application performance in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, and compressor units. Featuring features such as integration with DCS, dual module redundant structure, triple voting architecture, four tiered downgrade mode 3-3-2-2-0, and a 5-level voting mechanism.
SIS System TCS-900 Safety Instrumented System Technical Specification:
1. Triple redundant fault-tolerant system, capable of supporting 3-2-0/3-3-2-2-0 downgrade mode.
2. Adopting a five level voting architecture, designing five layers of fault restriction zones to isolate faults within the minimum range.
3. Supporting redundant configuration allows the system to replace various modules online. /4. Supports dual working mode, ensuring zero switching time and no signal interference during module replacement.
4. EFT Immunity, Surge Immunity, and ESD Immunity tests have all reached a 4A level, and the anti-corrosion level meets the G3 standard of ANSI/ISA S71.04.
5. Working temperature -5~60 ℃, humidity 5%~95% RH, supporting a maximum altitude of 4000 meters.
6. The system supports up to 2048 hard points, 7 expansion racks, and a maximum expansion distance of 10km.
7. The SOE resolution is 1ms, and the control station can store up to 20000 records. Supports IEC61131 programming configuration language.
