SJ5100-UP series ultra-high precisionGrating measuring machineAdopting imported ultra-high precision grating measurement system, ultra-high precision grinding linear guide, high-precision temperature compensation system, bidirectional high-precision constant force measurement system (patented), and high-performance computer control system technology, high-precision measurement of various length parameters is achieved. By using ultra high precision grinding linear guides to ensure high stability and straightness of measurement walking, an imported ultra high precision grating measurement system is used to record the length direction coordinates in contact measurement. The data is then synthesized by a computer with feedback data from the force measuring device, temperature sensor, and Abbe error correction data (due to the high stability and ultra high straightness of the guide rail, the uncertainty caused by Abbe error correction of the instrument is very small, thus achieving ultra-high measurement accuracy). Analyze according to the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured parameters, and calculate the relevant length parameters.
The operator installs the test piece, selects the standard of the test piece and inputs the specifications and other parameters of the test piece on the testing software, moves the head seat to contact the test piece, adjusts the five axis work platform and head and tail seats to find the inflection point, and completes the sampling to obtain the current measurement data. The system can display the measurement results in real time, automatically calculate the various parameters of the test piece (such as the thread gauge, which can be converted and displayed as the thread pitch diameter), and judge the qualification of the various parameters of the test piece according to the system's built-in standard database. The entire measurement process does not exceed 3 minutes, and the verification result is automatically generated after the testing is completed.
