working principle:Using unique high-temperature mechanical technology and steam as the power medium, the animal materials move at high speed and collide with each other to achieve material crushing. The crushed material is classified by a turbine air classifier, and qualified powder is collected in the collection system. Unqualified materials are returned to the crusher for further crushing. The entire production is carried out under full dry process.

SJM steam kinetic energy mill is a new type of ultrafine grinding equipment independently developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It not only has the advantages of air flow mill, but also has high crushing strength, large production capacity, and low energy consumption. The unit energy consumption is only 1/5~1/8 of that of air flow mill.

1. High crushing strength: The airflow velocity formed by traditional airflow grinding is generally 500 m/s, while the airflow velocity of steam kinetic energy grinding can reach over 1000m/s, greatly increasing the crushing strength.

2. Low energy consumption: Traditional airflow mills use electricity to drive compressed air produced by air compressors for material crushing, resulting in a primary energy utilization rate of only about 20% for gas kinetic energy. Steam kinetic energy mills use steam as kinetic energy, with a primary energy utilization rate of up to 90%. If industrial waste heat is used as the source of steam energy, it can also save primary energy consumption.

3. The equipment can be scaled up and the single machine production capacity is large: the size of the airflow crushing equipment depends on the size of the air source system. Currently, the largest air compressor has a capacity of 200-300m3/min, making it difficult to scale up again; And large-scale boiler equipment has become popular, which can easily meet the requirements of large-scale steam kinetic energy grinding, greatly improving the production capacity of single machine equipment.

4. High safety (explosion-proof, anti-static, anti-oxidation): Due to the conductive properties of water molecules, the static electricity generated by the material is exported by steam, preventing the accumulation of static electricity. At the same time, the material does not come into contact with air, making it easy to prevent material oxidation and explosion.

5. The processed powder has good dispersibility and also has drying function.

Due to the significant reduction in processing costs, the scope of processing and crushing has been greatly expanded. It can be used not only for ultrafine crushing of high value-added non heat sensitive materials, but also for ultrafine processing of non heat sensitive non-metallic minerals and bulk solid waste (such as steel slag/water slag/fly ash/solid sulfur ash, etc.).
