Characteristics of single effect external circulation vacuum concentrator (tank)
1. To prevent material contamination, all parts of the vacuum pressure reducing concentrator that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
2. To improve the effectiveness of gas-liquid separation and capture of mist, an air filter layer is added at the top of the concentration tank.
3. To overcome the disadvantage of the secondary steam at the top of the concentration tank being condensed and returning to the tank before entering the condenser. This equipment will change the condenser to an inclined horizontal position.
4. To improve the production capacity of the equipment, the heating area, condensation area, and cooling area of the concentration tank jacket will be increased by different programs.
5. To prevent blind spots in the outlet pipe of the concentration tank, a stainless steel spherical cock is used in this product, which is directly installed at the bottom of the tank.
6. A quick opening hand hole is set at the bottom of the concentration tank to clean the residual liquid and residue inside the tank.
