SL type tube cooler is a product manufactured by introducing foreign technology. Like GL tube cooler, the cooling tubes use copper tube rolled heat sinks, which have a small volume and a large heat transfer area; By using a spiral guide plate, the oil flow is formed into a uniform and continuous flow, overcoming the heat transfer dead corners caused by transmission deflection, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency and low pressure loss.
There are two types of water flow for this cooler: two flow and four flow, and two types of oil flow: high flow and low flow.

SL tube coolerInstructions for use:
1. Before starting, check all accessories and instruments and ensure that all connections are tight.
2. Unscrew the screw plug located outside the oil outlet of the cooler, and then slowly open the inlet valve.
3. Unscrew the exhaust valve in the cooler pipeline, and then slowly open the inlet valve. After the water is filled, close the inlet valve and exhaust valve, and the water and oil are in a static state. After heat exchange, the temperature difference gradually decreases.
After the water temperature rises by 5-10 ℃, open the discharge valves of the cooling water and oil, and gradually open the inlet valves of the cooling water and oil to keep them in a flowing state.
When the cooler malfunctions or stops working normally, the operating steps are to first close the inlet valves of the oil and cooling water, then close the discharge valves of the oil and cooling water, and then unscrew the drain plug on the drain oil interface to drain the accumulated cooling water and oil in the cooler.
