The SLYH series screw belt mixer is a horizontal batch mixer, with a double layered strip blade rotor and a small bottom gap. The discharge port is located at the bottom of the machine base and discharges material along the entire length direction. The material can be quickly emptied. The discharge door is controlled by pneumatic means. There is a liquid addition pipeline inside the machine, which can add grease or other liquids. This model has high mixing efficiency, good mixing quality, and minimal material residue.

The rotor blades of the SLYH series screw belt mixer are divided into inner and outer rings, with the inner ring turning left and the outer ring turning right. When the rotor rotates, the left-handed blades push the material from one end to the other, while the right-handed blades move the material in the opposite direction. Through the convection of the material, the flipping of the material at the two end side plates, and the effect of gravity on the material, this repeated movement achieves the mixing purpose.
