1、 Structure
1. Series design, available in ordinary, constant temperature, and aging room structures.
2. The equipment is movable, equipped with 4 wheels at the bottom, 2 universal wheels, and 2 fixed wheels.
3. For the convenience of movement, the device is equipped with push and pull handles on both the left and right sides.
4. The aging car product placement area is completely isolated from the electronic load area, with a total of 6 layers.
5. The electronic load adopts multiple forms of heat dissipation, with micro fans placed in each channel. The vehicle load heat dissipation adopts the form of air ducts, which suck in air from the outside through air ducts, and the heat of the electronic load is sucked out to the outside of the isolation room through another air duct.
2、 Electrical Control
1. The aging car test power supply adopts 3 inputs, with the first input supplying aging products on the 1st and 2nd layers, the second input supplying aging products on the 3rd and 4th layers, and the third input supplying aging products on the 5th and 6th layers. Each power supply has air switch protection; The computer can set the on/off time and on/off frequency separately to achieve the product's withstand voltage impact aging function (selection function).
2. Aging time setting and control: total aging time, aging time for each layer, aging time for each product.
3. The system adopts three color alarm indicator lights.
4. Adopting touch screen display, easy to operate (option: appearance computer display)
3、 Load module
(1) Channel voltage accuracy ± 1%, current accuracy ± 1%

(11) The load power supply, communication, and tested power supply are all connected using connectors, which are quick to connect and disconnect
(12) Adopting intelligent control fan design, with reasonable heat dissipation and energy saving
4、 Data collection, control, and software
1. Function settings: Product model, working voltage/current for each layer of product operating mode (CC/CV/LED), upper and lower limit alarm values, aging time settings, acquisition time, and corresponding channel number of the device.
2. . Collection and display function: Input AC voltage, current, and power for each layer of testing power supply, display the voltage and current values of each product, alarm indication, electronic load fault indication (overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, overtemperature), and real-time display of aging time.
3. Statistics, analysis, and reporting functions: record the raw data of the aging process of each product on the same day, summarize the aging products on the same day, and provide quality (qualified/unqualified) statistical reports.
4. The system software can perform functional self checks on all channels, enabling rapid maintenance of the equipment.
5. Each computer can simultaneously collect data and information on aging products from 8 aging vehicles.
6. The software has powerful functions for setting, collecting, recording graphics, statistics, querying, and reporting.
