1、 Structure and Principle
The SP type polypropylene water film desulfurization and dust collector mainly consists of a main cylinder, an upper water injection tank, a lower overflow hole, a cleaning hole, etc. Its working principle is that the dusty airflow enters the cylinder through the inlet flue. The cylinder is a circular cylinder, and water enters the cylinder from the upper water injection tank of the dust collector, forming a layer of water film on the inner wall of the entire cylinder and flowing from top to bottom. The flue gas enters the cylinder tangentially from the lower part and rotates upward inside the cylinder. The dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, so that the dusty gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged from the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed and equipped with a water seal groove to prevent smoke from leaking out from the lower part. There are cleaning holes for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank, where it is neutralized and recycled. The purified gas is drawn out through the upper conical part of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Adding alkaline water (pH ≥ 9) to the circulating pool can achieve desulfurization effect.

2、 Characteristics
The SP type polypropylene water film desulfurization and dust collector has the characteristics of low cost, easy installation, light weight, and reduces the price of dust collectors. It is an ideal boiler matching product for users.

1. The interior is made of natural granite, which is mechanically processed into circular curved plates, and the overall structure is smooth and flat. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance.
2. Outsourced polypropylene board, acid and corrosion resistant, with high-strength, high-temperature, acid and alkali resistant materials poured in the middle.
3. The upper sink is made of ceramic structure, ensuring no water leakage during use.
4. Embedded connections are used for imports. Generally, steel plates are made according to the imported size and inserted 100mm. The edges are filled with asbestos ropes. The outlet is equipped with flanges and the flange size is provided. During installation, asbestos ropes are used to fill the flange joints to prevent air leakage and affect the dust removal effect.

4、 Installation
(1) The SP type polypropylene water film desulfurization and dust collector is lightweight, and the dust collector foundation should be designed according to the selected model and geological conditions of the installation location. The foundation must be flat.
(2) The dust collector water supply system, air ducts, sedimentation tanks and other ancillary facilities should be designed in a coordinated manner during installation and construction.
(4) The overflow channel is a critical part and must be installed accurately. After leveling with water, the height difference of the water seal should be less than 2mm.

5、 Operation and maintenance
Before operation, the water tank should be filled with clean water and the dust collector should be supplied with water. The ash discharge outlet should be tightly sealed without leakage.
2. Before operation, the induced draft fan should be turned on first, and then the water supply system should be supplied. When shutting down the boiler, the water supply to the system should be stopped before turning off the induced draft fan.
During operation, it is absolutely not allowed to cut off the water supply to the cylinder. Regularly check whether the overflow channel is unobstructed, and regularly observe the smoke temperature and smoke resistance.
3. Regularly clean the accumulated dust in the sedimentation tank and try to maintain the cleanliness of the circulating water.
4. The desulfurization efficiency is required to be above 80%, and alkaline solution must be added to the circulating water tank at regular and quantitative intervals to maintain the pH value of the circulating water above 9, so that the acidic wastewater and added alkaline water in the sedimentation tank can be reused after sedimentation and filtration.
5. If the dust collector stops running for a long time or the upper water tank overflows during operation, a clean water source (such as tap water) should be provided to the water tank to flush for about an hour to remove the accumulated dust in the tank.
