The ST series pressure and differential pressure transmitters have a novel structure, high accuracy, and good stability, and are suitable for media such as liquids, gases, and steam.

Among them, remote pressure and differential pressure transmitters provide a reliable measurement method to avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter.

The ST series transmitters specifically include: GP type pressure transmitter, DP type differential pressure transmitter, AP type absolute pressure transmitter, SP type negative pressure transmitter, PR type micro differential pressure transmitter, HP type high static pressure differential pressure transmitter, remote differential pressure transmitter, and pressure transmitter.

Accuracy: ± 0.25% of the calibration range, including comprehensive errors of linearity, variation, and repeatability.

Stability: ± 0.25% of maximum range (12 months), and ± 1.0% of maximum range (12 months, at slight differential pressure).

Temperature effect: At the maximum range state, the zero point error is ± 0.5/55 ℃ of the range. The total error of zero point and range is ± 1.0%/55 ℃ of the range. At the minimum range, the zero error point difference is ± 3.0%/55 ℃ of the range, and the total zero and range errors are ± 3.5%/55 ℃ of the range.

Note: For gauge pressure ranges below 7.2KPa, the temperature error will be doubled. At the maximum range state (0-1.5kPa), the zero point error is ± 1.0%/28 ℃ of the range, and the total error of zero and range is ± 1.5%/28 ℃ of the range.

Remote transmission device (typical case)

There is a 1.5-meter capillary tube in the first test: the error between flat and snap ring types is less than 0.62KPa/55 ℃, and for every 1.5 meters increase in the use of silicone oil filled capillary tubes, the error increases by 0.2Pka; The error between threaded and flange types is less than 1.99KPa/55 ℃. For every 1.5 meters increase in the use of silicone oil filled capillary tubes, the error increases by 0.62KPa.

Power supply impact, less than 0.005%/V of output range. The vibration effect, at a frequency of 200Hz in any axial direction, causes an error of ± 0.05%/g of the maximum range (± 0.1%/g at slight differential pressure).

Load impact, as long as the terminal voltage of the input transmitter is high and 12V DC, there will be no load impact. The remote transmission device is filled with liquid and operates at a temperature of -29 to+149 ℃ for silicone oil and -18 to+204 ℃ for inert oil.
