STD226 digital hardness tester
SATRA offers a range of unique handheld and desktop hardness testers for measuring the hardness of rubber and plastic materials. These hardness testers are produced at our headquarters and use interchangeable modules, allowing for the measurement of all Shore hardness scales on one instrument. Each module provides instruments for calibration at the measuring end, ensuring that the entire device is the ideal choice for checking the hardness of incoming materials on site or in the supplier's premises. A range of workstations and control systems can be provided to provide various support for hardness testers, helping to improve the repeatability and accuracy of hardness measurements. We can provide digital or analog models. For convenience, we have identified the most commonly used measurement range as a reference for SATRA. If it does not meet your specific requirements, you can order related items separately, such as a digital probe with a ruler module.
Choosing the right hardness tester is not easy: our interchangeable module system makes this instrument your ideal choice.
Step 1: Select the measuring end of a digital or analog instrument.
Step 2: Specify the analog instrument with or without the maximum pointer.
Step 3: Select one or more modules to meet your requirements. These modules will be calibrated to adapt to the selected instrument measurement end.
