During the experiment, frequent opening of the box door is required, and non dispersive infrared (NDIR) control technology is the preferred choice. Non dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology is highly sensitive to changes in CO2 concentration and is not affected by other conditions inside the incubator. High measurement accuracy, up to 1000ppm, avoids the influence of temperature and humidity inside the box on traditional thermal conductivity probes when monitoring CO2 concentration. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, the CO2 concentration can be restored to the set concentration of 5% within ≤ 3 minutes. Even in situations where multiple people need to frequently open and close the door, the CO2 concentration inside the box can still be maintained quickly, stably, and uniformly.
