One Adopting standards:
GB/T 476-2008 "Method for Elemental Analysis of Coal"
MT/T 939-2005 "General Technical Conditions for Carbon Hydrogen Determination Instrument by Electricity Weight Method"
II Scope of application:
It is mainly suitable for determining the content of hydrogen and carbon in organic and inorganic substances in coal and other solid materials. It is an essential laboratory instrument in industries such as coal, power, and metallurgy, and also has a wide range of applications in chemical and inspection units.
3、 Main technical indicators
1. Measurement range: Hydrogen: 0-20% Carbon: 0-100%
2. Power supply: 220V ± 10% 50Hz
3. Temperature control: 850 ℃± 10 ℃ 300 ℃± 10 ℃
4. Electrolysis voltage: Coating electrolysis voltage: 10V
Working electrolysis voltage: 24V
5. Current: Electrolytic current>600mA
Terminal current < 70mA
6. Measurement time: about 9-15 minutes, with a 30 second stay at 300 ℃
Stay at 500 ℃ for 2 minutes and at 850 ℃ for about 10 minutes.
7. Stability of Coulomb integrator: linearity ± 0.1%
8. Allowable measurement error: Hydrogen: ≤ 0.15% Carbon: ≤ 0.50%
9. Sample: The weight of the coal sample with a particle size of less than 0.2mm that has reached air drying state is about 50mg.
4 Functional Features
1. High degree of automation: The laboratory technician only needs to input data such as sample weight and moisture value, and the experimental process is automatically completed by the instrument. The experimental results are automatically converted into various baseline hydrogen contents, and the experimental data is automatically printed.
2. Short testing time: The measurement time for each sample is about 10-15 minutes.
