1、 Overview

When mixing materials in limited spatial locations or at the bottom of the warehouse, it is recommended to use a two or three warehouse integrated bulk loader.

2、 Technical requirements
1. The platform of the SZ two warehouse connected bulk machine should be sealed around to prevent wind and rain, and the specific structure should be determined by oneself.
2. The loading capacity of the SZ two warehouse connected bulk machine is 60-150t/H, and the working environment meets national standards.
3. During installation, all flanges are sealed with sealing materials.
4. During work, the corresponding bottom shut-off valve should be opened.
5. The Roots blower can be selected as D14, with a pressure of 29.4Kpa and an air volume of 2.3m3/min.
6. The homogenization tanks with different diameters of two connected bulk machines have different angles of their three-way grooves, which can be determined according to the actual situation.
