This equipment is mainly suitable for high demand industries such as pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, adapting to the drying of various antibiotics, crystalline, slightly viscous, thermosensitive or other granular materials, and meeting the production requirements of "GMP".
The technical characteristics are as follows:
1. Install the tank in the sterile workshop, with the transmission components and brackets installed outside the sterile room, separated by a partition wall, and sealed with silicone sealing rings on the partition wall to ensure normal operation and production in the sterile area.
2. The manhole cover on the tank body adopts a circular arc transition to avoid dead corners and material accumulation. The cover is equipped with a vibrating copper hammer to achieve the effect of anti sticking and vibrating material detachment.
3. Apply three or more head metal sintered mesh to avoid the traditional phenomenon of filter bag falling off and sealing sleeve debris falling off, ensuring product quality, sintering, disassembly and cleaning.
4. The vacuum tube adopts single point double support, which is conducive to the fixation of the vacuum tube and prevents deformation of the vacuum tube.
5. Equipped with a cyclone separator, it can prevent material leakage due to misoperation and ensure the normal operation of the vacuum system.
6. The vent valve is placed at the feed inlet position and a sterile valve is used for venting.
7. There is an on-site temperature gauge on the tank, which can be used to observe and regulate the temperature at any time.
8. There is a sampling port on the door cover for easy sampling.
9. A metal expansion joint is installed on the vacuum pipeline to eliminate the deformation caused by thermal expansion of the equipment.
10. The manhole adopts a quick opening structure, which is convenient for operation, maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, etc.
11. The taper design angle at both ends of the drying chamber is 60 degrees, which facilitates the smooth unloading of the finished product in one go.
12. The equipment is equipped with a timing device. The forward, reverse, and forward/reverse jog buttons can correctly stop the chamber at the desired position, ensuring safe and reliable unloading.
13. According to the needs, customers can be equipped with "PLC" control and data printing; Real time printing of equipment drying time, vacuum degree, and temperature changes. Strengthen the product's traceable and stable quality during the production process.
14. The three layers inside and outside the cylinder are made of stainless steel to avoid potential corrosion caused by the heating layer of carbon steel plate and the welding point of stainless steel, which may lead to weld perforation and unnecessary maintenance.
15. The rack is made of carbon steel plate and heavy-duty channel steel welded together as a whole; The whole is subjected to vibration aging treatment. The installation surface of the rack is milled as a whole by a large floor boring machine to ensure the verticality and parallelism of the installation of the shaft seats at both ends of the cylinder. Externally sealed mirror stainless steel plate, overall not deformed.
16. Both ends of the double cone spindle are formed as a whole and precision machined by a boring machine; Ensuring the concentricity of the two axes between 0.05mm-0.08mm ensures smooth operation of the equipment and increases the service life of other installation components at both ends of the bearing.
17. The vacuum section adopts mechanical sealing. The heating end adopts a rotary joint seal, which better ensures the concentricity requirements of the vacuum end and the leakage problem of the dual mechanical seal during operation.
18. According to the requirements of the material, a real-time injection device for inert gas can be added to stabilize the molecular structure of the material and accelerate the drying time.
19. Adopting anti riot motor and worm gear reducer, the transmission belt adopts flame-retardant triangular rubber belt. Under the transmission of the motor, the main shaft gear of the drying cylinder is driven by the reducer gear, and the drying cylinder rotates on a horizontal axis. The overall transmission structure of the machine is simple and sturdy, and the operation is stable and reliable.
20. The rotating support at both ends of the main shaft adopts heavy-duty bearings, and the transmission adopts large modulus high carbon steel transmission gears. The tooth surface is quenched at high frequency for durability.
