1、 Overview
The clinker bulk machine is a device that automatically transports clinker (<=50mm) from the warehouse to the clinker bulk truck and ship. The bulk equipment for cement clinker at the bottom of the warehouse mainly consists of manual rod valves, electric sector valves, hoisting devices, telescopic unloading devices, dust collection hoses, capacitive limit switches, electrical control systems, and other components.

3、 Working principle of cement bulk loader
After the transport vehicle enters the loading position, open the corresponding number of rods in the rod valve. Press and hold the "descent button" on the control cabinet, and once the discharge head is in place, the lifting motor power will be automatically disconnected. Press the "loading button" to enter the unloading state, and the auxiliary supporting equipment will start working accordingly. The dust generated during unloading will enter the dust collector through the feeding hopper and the retractable dust collection hose for purification. When the material in the discharge head is full, the discharge head will rise while sounding an alarm. The rising distance should be set before unloading. If the rising distance is 1 meter, adjust the time relay to T=I/V. During the upward process, the loading is always carried out. When the feeding head is full, repeat the above actions. After reaching the full feeding position, press the stop button to reverse the braking of the electric vibration machine or close the sector valve to stop the feeding operation. After parking, you can press the up button to keep the hopper a certain distance away from the material, ensuring that the transport vehicle is moved, and then align it with the second unloading station. Until the entire silo is filled.
