2、 Scraper mirrormatters needing attention:
1. For the safety of transportation with brush mirrors, the scraper assembly is debugged on the lens and then disassembled and packaged separately for shipment. After welding the flange, the user should first assemble the scraper assembly and then install the lens;
2. Cleaning treatment. Before use, gently wipe the surface with an appropriate amount of alcohol cotton. Be careful not to use acidic liquids for cleaning to avoid corroding the outer surface of the glass and the scraper;
3. Choose the gasket correctly. In situations where the ambient working temperature is within 280 degrees Celsius, use asbestos pads or PTFE pads. When the ambient working temperature exceeds 500 ℃, it is recommended to choose graphite pads. Note that the thicker the glass, the thicker the selected gasket thickness should also increase accordingly;
4. Apply force evenly. Do not apply too much force or force during installation. It is recommended to tighten the screws evenly and diagonally;
5. Regular inspections. After the installation of the mirror glass, regular inspections must be carried out, especially in liquid environments containing acid and alkali. It is even more important to regularly check the degree of corrosion on the glass surface to ensure safety.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep of scraper mirror:
1Mirrors are flow reaction devices used to observe liquids, gases, vapors, and other media, and their window glass should be kept clean and dust-free;
2Window glass is a piece that is prone to damage. When installing the mirror, be careful and handle it with care. Ensure that the mirror base is flat and smooth, and that the sealing gasket between the lens and the mirror base is installed smoothly. The sealing gasket is not damaged and does not stick to grease. Before tightening the screws, make sure that the mirror base and cover are installed correctly, and then slowly tighten the screws;
3Glass has certain limitations in temperature and pressure resistance. Please strictly follow the instructions in the manual;
4Allowing sudden temperature changes below 60 ℃, glass may break due to excessive temperature differences.
