Semi closed screw compressor

The meshing ratio of the male and female screws in the semi closed twin-screw compressor is 6:5, supported by bearings lubricated with special refrigeration oil. A moderate meshing ratio can not only increase the refrigeration capacity but also ensure the balance of screw rotation.

The rotor of the screw compressor is sturdy and durable, and the unit is insensitive to wet conditions, ensuring safe operation under variable operating conditions.

The number of components in a screw compressor is only 1/10 of that in a reciprocating compressor, making it reliable and easy to maintain.

The compressor has fewer operating components, continuous compression, and less pressure fluctuation, resulting in low noise, minimal vibration, and low failure rate.

The semi enclosed twin-screw compressor is equipped with a capacity regulating solenoid valve, which automatically adjusts the load output according to the working conditions and reduces power consumption.

The shell and tube evaporator with asymmetric tube bundle structure ensures that the refrigerant operates at the optimal and uniform circulating flow rate regardless of whether it is in gas or liquid state, thus not only fully evaporating the liquid refrigerant, but also minimizing the circulating negative force of the circuit.

Closed cell chloroprene insulation rubber is applied outside the evaporator to prevent loss of cooling capacity.

Electrical safety

The internal structure, electrical components, and wiring of the electrical cabinet are designed and manufactured in accordance with EN60204-1/IEc204-1 standards. The control power supply is isolated from the main power supply by a transformer, effectively preventing current surges and interference. The power supply is controlled by a pull rod circuit breaker and interlocked with the control box door, ensuring safety and reliability. Each compressor load is equipped with its own circuit breaker, fuse, and contactor. The control panel is placed inside a double-layer sealed door, with excellent electrical insulation performance, rain and moisture resistance, and can adapt to various harsh environments. The electrical system of the unit complies with EMC electromagnetic compatibility specifications.

Reliable work

The electrical insulation performance of the unit is excellent, and the intelligent microcomputer control system monitors the operation of the unit. The unit is equipped with high and low voltage switches, as well as protections such as overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, reverse phase, overload, winding overheating, exhaust temperature, oil pressure, water flow switches, oil temperature heaters, etc.

Heating elements are installed outside the evaporator to prevent freezing inside the evaporator.

Simple installation

The unit has completed the filling of refrigerant oil and R22 refrigerant before leaving the factory, and has been tested and elevated according to UNI9218 specifications. Only the water pipeline and power supply need to be connected on site to be put into use, providing users with cold water and recycled hot water.
