Coconut production line
Seaweed production line
Project Name: Seaweed and Coconut Drying Production Line
Project Overview
Seaweed, as algae that grow in the sea, is a cryptic plant in the plant kingdom. Algae include several different types of organisms that produce energy through photosynthesis. They are generally considered as simple plants, characterized by the absence of vascular tissue and differentiation of true roots, stems, and leaves; No flowering, no fruit or seeds; The reproductive organs lack specialized protective tissues and often produce spores or gametes directly from a single cell; And the absence of embryo formation. Due to the simple structure of algae, some botanists classify them as part of the "leaf like plant group" of lower plants, along with fungi. Seaweed is abundant in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia.
Changzhou Lima Drying Engineering Co., Ltd. utilizes a high-end DW mesh belt dryer to achieve efficient drying of seaweed and coconut. Currently, multiple cases have been applied in the international market.

Advantages reflected
The entire production line is fully enclosed (for materials), consisting of three parts: swinging fabric section, drying section, and discharge section. The swinging fabric section evenly disperses the seaweed on the mesh board and transports it to the drying section at a constant speed. The seaweed passes through the 80 ℃ hot air drying section, 90 ℃ hot air drying section, and 120 ℃ hot air drying section before being discharged from the discharge section. The circulating wind direction and the circulation of air within each unit are downward, that is, the heated air is sucked in by the induced draft fan, pre distributed at the fan outlet, and then evenly distributed through the orifice plate. The hot air penetrates the material layer from the bottom upwards (or downwards from the top of the material).
