4、 Construction parameters:
1. Open the bucket and stir thoroughly until there is no sediment at the bottom of the bucket. Add a special curing agent according to the specified weight ratio of the paint to the curing agent; Mix thoroughly and let it mature for 10-20 minutes before use. Use up within 4 hours during construction.
2. Construction method:
① Scraping and painting: After the primer is dry, use a scraper to apply a batch of intermediate paint to fill the holes in the floor. After the intermediate coat is dry, use a polishing machine to polish off any uneven knife marks and particles generated by the batch coating, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove them.
② Self leveling of topcoat coating: After mixing the topcoat, use a trowel to apply it to maintain the smoothness of the floor, improve anti-corrosion and pressure resistance.
3. Theoretical consumption: If the influence of various factors in actual construction is not considered, when painting with a thickness of 1mm, the theoretical consumption of paint is generally about 1kg/m2.
4. The validity period is six months. If it exceeds the validity period and passes the re inspection, it can still be used.
