Select materials

Adopting fiberglass and polyvinyl chloride materials for integral winding molding. The outer surface of the tower is coated with water-resistant and anti-aging adhesive resin as the anti-aging surface layer, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is not less than0.5mm. In terms of strength and inner and outer surfaces, alkali free, wax free, and untwisted checkered fine cloth is used as an aging resistant transition layer, with a resin content of not less than 75%. The layers are laid according to the requirements of large-scale and technical standards, with a resin content of 60-70%, ensuring reliable strength of the tower body.

According to the working environment of each component of the acid mist purification tower, resins with good alkali resistance and high structural strength were selected, and the exterior was made of waterproof and anti-aging adhesive resin. To increase the strength of the tower body, several longitudinal reinforcement ribs are used on the outer shell of the tower body, and cylindrical double tube segmented structures are adopted according to the size of various models. Due to the long-term operation of the purification tower in an environment with acidic and alkaline corrosive gases, in addition to bearing the pressure of the tower itself and the solution pressure, it also needs to withstand the wind pressure during operation (the full pressure of the fan is200-205mmHg), all fiberglass components are required to have good corrosion resistance while maintaining high tensile and compressive strength. Therefore, after fully considering and excluding the strength reduction factor under strong corrosion and the discreteness factor of hand lay up molding process, our factory has maintained sufficient reserve strength for the entire fiberglass component in harsh working environments, taking into account the characteristics of the tower structure and usage environment.
