Sepor's ball mill is made of A 36 steel, with a barrel size of 3 x 5 feet, and the feed and discharge ports are connected to each other at a 180 degree blind flange. The grinder has a movable steel grating on the discharge outlet to retain the grinding medium and discharge the material. Sepor can provide a static sieve box into which abrasives and products will be discharged, allowing for product rinsing and inspection of the charge. These rolling mills use industrial grade bearings, which can provide a longer service life from rolling fatigue standards to structural impact. The dimensions and tolerances of heavy-duty bearings comply with ABMA or ISO standards, and these detachable bronze inserts are machined to simplify maintenance. The insert has a large maintenance point that can be used for inspection or replacement. The gear and pinion shafts are interchangeable to extend their service life, and the milling cutter and guard comply with OSHA safety standards.
