With the increasing attention to environmental protection issues in China and even around the world, the pace of environmental governance and protection is constantly accelerating. In order to more effectively promote urban planning and pollution control, it is urgent to comprehensively manage and control the discharge of industrial wastewater, one of the "three wastes". Therefore, accurate measurement and verification of sewage flow rate has become a very necessary basic work. At present, domestic sewage treatment plants mainly use the "mud water integration" sludge treatment and disposal technology to treat industrial sewage discharge. With the continuous updating of treatment technology, many treatment plants have researched and developed mud water integration sludge treatment systems mainly based on plate and frame filter presses, which have changed the traditional belt filter press dewatering machine and centrifugal dewatering machine, which can only achieve a sludge moisture content of about 80%; Ending the traditional separation of sewage treatment and sludge treatment; Promoted the development of downstream industries in sludge treatment; This has laid the foundation for developing a circular economy, energy conservation and emission reduction, and achieving the goals of reducing, harmless and resourceful treatment of sludge. This article focuses on the application of the HT-DCZN series electromagnetic flowmeter, HT-LT series flange pressure transmitter, HT-MX series flow integrator, HT-PI regulator, HT-D3800 series ultrasonic level gauge, and radar level gauge produced by Jiangsu Huitong Instrument in the "sludge water integration" sludge treatment technology.

Scheme Description:

The HD-DCZN series sewage flowmeter (electromagnetic flowmeter) produced by HT is used in this sewage metering system to measure the inlet flow rate of the sewage tank main pipeline, the inlet flow rate of the filtrate machine, and the outlet flow rate (two electromagnetic flowmeters are used for each filtrate machine); The HT-MX universal flow integrator is installed in the control room to display the instantaneous and cumulative flow rates of all flow meters; The HT-LT series single flange pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure of pipelines (range: 0-2.5MPa and 0-4MPa), and is connected to an HT-PI intelligent regulator to control the output of a 4-20mA frequency converter, thereby controlling the pressure of pipelines.

In addition, the HD-D3800 series ultrasonic level gauge is used for measuring the liquid level of dosing tanks and mixing tanks, with ranges of 6 meters and 8 meters. Due to the presence of mixing rods in the tanks, there may be errors in measuring the liquid level with the HD-D3800 series ultrasonic level gauge. Our company suggests that economically capable processing plants consider using radar level gauges produced by Huitong or HT-LT series single flange level transmitters to solve this problem.
