● Luminescence measurement: Under fixed wavelength conditions, measure the transmittance T and absorbance A of the sample, and export the data as Excel files for users to edit.
Spectral scanning (wavelength scanning): Within the effective wavelength range, scanning intervals can be set at 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5nm to scan the absorbance A, transmittance, or energy of the sample, and perform data processing on the spectrum, such as spectrum scaling, smoothing, arithmetic operations, coordinate adjustment, peak/valley automatic detection, 1-4 derivative spectra, etc. The records can be printed as standard reports, the data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit, and the spectrum can be exported as BMP image files.
Time scan (kinetic testing): Time scan the absorbance A or transmittance T of the sample at a specific wavelength, with sampling intervals of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 5.0 seconds to choose from. It can print records as standard reports, export data as Excel files for users to edit, and export graphs as BMP image files.
Quantitative measurement: It can perform standard curve tests such as straight lines, quadratic curves, third-order curves, and polylines, as well as set curve parameters. It can establish standard curves for up to 15 sample points, and can choose to measure at single wavelength, dual wavelength, or triple wavelength. The data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
DNA/protein analysis: Quickly measure the absorbance of DNA samples at specific wavelengths, automatically calculate the concentration of DNA/protein and DNA Ratio, with two built-in standard testing methods. It can also be extended to other wavelengths and factors for measurement and calculation. It can print records as standard reports and export data as Excel files for users to edit.
