2 High frequency furnace system

3 Gas System
We have added a physical dehydration device for universities to adapt to the detection of samples with high moisture content. Based on pneumatic principles, we have designed a multi-channel oxygen supply, fully automatic reverse blowing and ash removal, fully automatic cleaning of the furnace head (optional), a constant temperature heating device for the furnace head, and a multi-stage filtration system. The pneumatic components, including solenoid valves, cylinders, pneumatic pipes, and pneumatic joints, are all imported components from CAMOZZI Pneumatic Co., Ltd. in Italy. The solenoid valve has a lifespan of over one million cycles, and the cylinder adopts oil-free lubrication technology, suitable for harsh on-site environments, fundamentally solving the reliability and sealing problems of common pneumatic systems in domestic products. According to the principle of aerodynamics, multiple oxygen supply channels have been designed, with fully automatic back blowing and ash discharge. The exhaust emissions are discharged through an ash discharge box (with a filter element inside), and after treatment, there is no pollution, meeting environmental protection related emission requirements. The furnace head is equipped with fully automatic cleaning (optional), fully automatic sealed double brush dust removal, furnace head constant temperature heating device, and multi-stage filtration system. A Furnace Head Design:The furnace head is the only key component on the equipment that connects the gas path, combustion furnace, and detection system, providing oxygen for combustion and purifying the combustion gas to meet the requirements of the detection system. The furnace head is equipped with a metal filter with ultra-fine aperture, which can reliably filter the dust during combustion, purify the gas entering the analysis system, and protect the detection components. Metal filter screens have the characteristics of low air resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, long service life (over one million hours), high mechanical dimensional accuracy, and good sealing performance.

Multi channel oxygen supply design:The unique top blowing oxygen system ensures smooth airflow and protects the metal cleaning brush by controlling the operating path of the combustion airflow. The dedicated high flow oxygen supply channel combined with anti backflow dust nozzle design not only ensures the high flow oxygen supply requirements for various materials, especially raw materials, ferroalloys and other refractory samples during analysis, but also effectively prevents the combustion of oxide dust from entering the oxygen supply system, greatly improving the stability and reliability of the instrument operation.
D gas path multi-stage voltage stabilization design,Equipped with a constant current system gas source oxygen pressure reducing gauge for primary stabilization, precision flow control valve for secondary stabilization, and precision flow controller for tertiary stabilization. 4 Circuit System
The circuit system adopts large-scale integration, and all large-scale integrated circuit boards are mechanically soldered. In addition, professionally selected electronic components ensure the long-term stability and reliability of the circuit board. The power system adopts two solid-state power modules, which have short-circuit protection function, are resistant to current shock, dustproof, simple and reliable; The connection adopts flat wire connectors instead of slot forms, eliminating the hidden dangers caused by poor contact and improving the reliability of the entire circuit and the connection reliability between lines. The data transmission lines and other circuits of the circuit system have professional anti-interference measures, effectively reducing the impact of electromagnetic interference.
5 Infrared detection system
The core component infrared detection pool uses efficient and long-life platinum rhodium alloy precious metal micro infrared light source and metal reflector; The modulation system adopts high-precision imported stepper motors controlled by microcontrollers, achieving long-term stability of modulation frequency. Combined with proprietary components such as narrowband filters and integrated infrared sensors imported from Europe, which are at the international advanced level, and high-precision A/D sampling cards, the whole machine has extremely high detection sensitivity and can effectively detect ppm level carbon and sulfur content. The imported high-efficiency narrowband infrared filter has good rectangular coefficient, high cut-off depth, high characteristic wavelength transmittance, small bandwidth, high center wavelength positioning accuracy, and better shields the interference of other element spectral lines and electrical signals, completely eliminating the interference of high carbon content on low sulfur analysis background absorption. Imported infrared sensors with constant temperature technology work environment, ensuring 48 hours of outdoor temperature interference to the infrared detection system.
