System Architecture

The SiUMP unified monitoring platform software fully utilizes the existing technological advantages of the SUPMAX800 system to achieve unified data integration and real-time monitoring of different manufacturers and types of on-site equipment. It integrates the data of various systems in the production enterprise into a unified platform. Based on this platform, enterprises can directly monitor the real-time operating status of various devices in the production site, analyze the performance and efficiency of the data, and optimize and improve the production process.
Performance characteristics:
• Database capacity: up to 20000 points.
• Data type: Supports analog, digital, switch, string, etc.
• Collection frequency: Supports millisecond level data collection, with a minimum collection period of up to 100ms, and can collect up to 5000 tag points at the fastest cycle.
Architecture: Distributed network structure.
Redundancy technology: supports server cluster configuration and redundant configuration of collection interface machines.
One data interface machine can expand and collect data from 32 on-site devices
A single server can simultaneously receive transaction requests from 128 clients, with a response time of less than 1 second
The time delay for control instructions to be sent from the monitoring station to be forwarded to the on-site equipment through the real-time server shall not exceed 1 second.
Security mechanism: Divide user operation permissions according to roles.
