Simple faults and troubleshooting methods:
1. After turning on, the green working indicator light is on, and the compressor starts but the pressure does not increase.
2. If it is the first time starting after opening the box, please check the air inlet and replace the plug with a filter.
3. Block the output port, check if there is any air leakage at the joints of the drying tube and gas circuit, and seal the leaking area.
4. After turning on, the green working indicator light will turn on and the compressor will not start. Please open the right cover of the instrument and check if the thermal protection relay behind the compressor is burnt out. If so, please replace it.
5. After the air generator is turned on, the green working indicator light does not light up, the compressor does not start, and there is no output pressure. Please open the right cover of the instrument and check whether the transformer is working properly.
