Bond Elut PSA is an alkylated amine adsorbent containing two different amino functional groups, a primary amine and a secondary amine. Compared with Bond Elut NH2, its pKa value is slightly higher and its ion exchange capacity is also slightly stronger. PSA has significantly higher carbon loading than most other amino functional group adsorbents, making it more suitable for the separation of polar compounds retained on Bond Elut NH2.
